What to do
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture seems too thick to blend, add small amount of water (start with 1 to 2 tablespoons) until blended smoothly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Eat healthy on a budget
- Add spinach to any fruit smoothie. Fresh spinach is rich in vitamins A, vitamin C and folate. You won’t even taste the spinach but will get extra nutrients!
Be food safe
- Wash spinach thoroughly under cool running water before use.
- Store spinach in refrigerator at 40oF or below.
