Salmon Patties

You Will Need

  • 1 can (15 ounce) salmon, flaked
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon onion, diced
  • ½ cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

What To Do

  • In medium-size skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, onion and ¼ cup bread crumbs.
  • Form into patties.
  • Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
