Spinach Smoothie

Servings: 2 ⟩⟩ Serving size: 1 1/4 cup


You Will Need

  • 1 cup strawberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach with stems removed
  • ½ cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)
  • Water, if needed

What To Do

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture seems too thick to blend, add small amount of water (start with 1 to 2 tablespoons) until blended smoothly.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Wash spinach thoroughly under cool running water before use.

Store spinach in refrigerator at 40oF or below.
