White Chicken Chili
Servings: 4 ⟩⟩ Serving size: ¾ cup
You Will Need
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (15½-ounce) can white beans
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken*
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup chicken stock or water
- Tabasco sauce (optional)
- *Or substitute 10-ounce can of white chicken breast, drained
What To Do
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover, bring to boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add more water if needed
