Spinach Smoothie

You will need
  • 1 cup strawberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1½ cups fresh spinach with stems removed
  • ½ cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)
  • Water, if needed

What to do
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture seems too thick to blend, add small amount of water (start with 1 to 2 tablespoons) until blended smoothly.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
